docbook xsl and MSXL failure

Hi,

I'm trying to transform a docbook document using the docbook xsl files,
version 1.62.4 (I'm transforming against the file
docbook-xsl-1.62.4\fo\docbook.xsl)

I get the error message:


Error while parsing
"file:///C:/work/hacks/documentation/docbook-xsl-1.62.4/common/l10n.xml"
. The element 'l:i18n' is used but not declared in the DTD/Schema. 



Does anyone know how I can fix this?
