Hi, The XMetal XML editor can open an XML file and do Save As to SGML. XMetal isn't free, though. If you know someone who has a copy, that could suffice. I don't know of any other tools that can do that. It isn't something that's asked for much, since most people are trying to convert their legacy SGML to XML.
