Perhaps an explanation or note on the differences between 'docbook'
and 'docbook-apps' would help keep the noise down. It seems to be
missing: http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/#newslists. Fro what its
worth, I choose the non-apps group because I'm not a docbook
developer.
