BTW, it is not necessarily the case that, if the processing is call and
response based, one will have to have any more trips to the server, just to
support message IDs or to allow asynchronous transport.  In the current
proposal, one can have many request messages or many response messages
within a single DSML 2.0 envelope, and that seems like a good idea to me.
