Karl,

It was just a timing issue as we voted to move it ot a committee spec
and OASIS for review at the same time. Yes, we will change it.

I notice that the URL for the documentation (item (b) below) says
"draft". Can this be changed? I can guarentee that there will be OASIS
members who notice this. Anything that says "draft" or "working copy"
or
etc. in the documents or their titles should be changed so that it
reflects its status as a final version.
