Workplan Encryption Profile

Hello all,

Find attached the proposed workplan for the encryption profile (lines 23-27). 
For now, the main milestones are:
1. Completion initial draft of profile schema (including examples) 14 days
2. Conformity-check with DSS core, disscussion of relevant changes to core 
(all members) 28 days
3. Completion draft profile document (might overlap with 2.) 28 days
4. Ballot for committee draft 14 days

The major difficulty will be to specify a simple and coherent way to combine 
encryption and signing. This requires some kind of control structure defining 
when (ie. before/after signing) what parts of the input documents should be 
enrypted. However, this potentially blows up the DSS request structure and 
might render the whole thing quite complex. 
I updated the examples at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dss-x/Clemens to show a 
combination of signature and encryption.
