My "application profile" comes from the ServerGuidance/ApplicationProfile, element in the draft core schema. It's my understanding that this element is used as the overarching way for a client to specify the requested behavior of the server. I was trying to distinguish between the element, and the kind of profiling done by standards orgs (such as ourselves :) /r$ -- Rich Salz, Chief Security Architect DataPower Technology http://www.datapower.com XS40 XML Security Gateway http://www.datapower.com/products/xs40.html XML Security Overview http://www.datapower.com/xmldev/xmlsecurity.html
