DSS Core minor comments

Trevor,

I looking through the Draft 7 of the core protocol I have the following
minor comments:

Clause 2.6 - I suggest that <Outputs> is renamed to <OptionalOutputs> so
that it clearly relates to the OptionalInputs and that other outputs exist
such as <signature> and <result>

Clause 3.4 and 4.5 - In line with above I suggest the title is "Optional
Inputs and Outputs", and in sub headings Optional Input <xx> Output <yyy>

Clause 5 & 6 - I suggest that these are placed under a title "Common
Elements" with the introduction:
"This section contains the definition of XML elements that may be used in
the DSS Protocol, and may also be used with XML Signatures created or
verified through the DSS."

Referances [PKIX] - RFC 2459 has been replaced by RFC 3280.  Also, to be
consistent use [RFC 3280] instead of PKIX.
