Organizing documents in the TC webserve

It is difficult to find the latest of all the core and DSS profile
specifications on the OASIS DSS documents page.

I would suggest that the specification needs to be re-organised so that the
latest draft of each of the profiles can be identified.

Options that I can think of:

a) Have separate folders for the core, and each of the profiles.
b) Have separate folders for the core and one for all the profiles.
c) Use the "manage" facility to load up documents as a revision of the
previous version (still lists both versions)
d) As b & c above.

Other suggestions?
