Action Item 06-05-15-03 [Tommy, Stefan] regarding rational for a Schemas optional output, here's an example of where the <Schemas> optional output might be useful:

Use of the ReturnUpdatedSignature feature (through profiles) could potentially produce a signature that is very different to the received signature.  For example, after successful verification of the incoming signature, portions of the verified document could be re-enveloped and signed. In this case, the <Schemas> element can be used to provide a possibly augmented list of schema's (presented in the <VerifyRequest>) in the <VerifyResponse>, facilitating the "next verifier" to locate xsd:ID attributes.
