The meeting on Mar 26th is a planning meeting to plan the details of 
first face to face.  The meeting in New Orleans is the first official 
meeting as noted on the convening document.   If you cannot attend in 
person, we can accomodate you via a phone tie in.  This should not be a 
big problem although I cannot promise any bootleg tapes of George 
Clinton ;-).  

Please adivse us if we need to get the phone tie in.
