Agreed - I think the TC  has a wonderful opportunity to define what  SOA
actually does for those interested in leveraging ISO/TS 15000 ebXML and WS
specifications. Especially since SOA is being mentioned more and more in
the press without reference to a clear definition. ... and of course feel
free to call upon the Business Centric Methodology TC and ebXMLRegistry
Semantic Content SC if you want some interesting 'Use Cases'.
