Well, I had hoped these inquiries would all go to Monica.

I have not seen the NDA form nor do I know much about it.

If it were to conflict with OASIS or TC agreements about IPR and open
communication, I agree that there would be a problem. So I am presuming
that it is some standard facilities visitation agreement that does not
interfere with our agreed-upon operation. If it is not, we will probably
have to make different arrangements for the meeting, it seems to me.

I don't have any additional information beyond the above.

How can we do an NDA - that sounds potty!  Since we need to be able to
provide feedback to the OASIS list on events at the F2F?!?

Surely the NDA would apply only to meetings specifically to do with Sun
and not to do with BPSS TC work?

We'd need to make it clear in which case that the NDA is only for
meetings Sun may hold or invite people to attend while at Santa Clara -
and not OASIS TC meetings.

I am hoping to attend BTW.

Monica needs to set up admittance badges for us for the Sun facilities
in Santa Clara.

If you plan to attend the face to face meeting, please send her a
message and indicate non-US citizenship if that is applicable. Also SUN
apparently needs a NDA for meeting within their facility, and Monica
will make information available on that.

Please direct any questions by either replying to Monica and possibly
the list if that is relevant.
