[ebBP] 10/25/2004: Working Draft Schema Available for Evaluation

As promised, the working draft v2.0 schema is available for review and 
will serve as the basis for technical specification changes.  A notice 
was sent to the TC this morning that the schema has been uploaded to 
Kavi Documents under 'Schema.'  Please review the schema and use the 
list of references for your evaluation.

Please submit all comments to the ebBP list by COB (PDT) by Friday, 5 
November 2004.  We can address them in the calls either via the list or
