Is there any need to be more explicit in enforcing sequencing of 
activities in the BTA, CA and Business Collaborations? i.e. is there any 
need for a QoS attribute that provides guidance to the underlying 
infrastructure that message order is to be enforced? In ebMS v2.0, 
message order can be enforced when reliable messaging is used. The first 
glance today was this was outside the realm of BPSS scope. I would 
encourage your comments. Thanks.
