ebBP 3/31/2005: Comment re: Varied Business Signal Defs (wd10-schema2/22)

In Tuesday's call, we addressed Sacha Schlegel's comment re: use of 
signal definitions outside of ebBP. This is already possible and briefly 
addressed in the technical specification.  In the BPSS (schema), this is 
possible via the SignalDefinitionRef of the SignalEnvelopeType which 
allows you to point to another signal definition. An additional comment 
in the technical specification could be beneficial.

Proposed change:
Section 4.6.6.3
Change from:
The Signal element is used to specify both ebBP and user defined signal 
schema references.

Change to:
The Signal element is used to specify both ebBP and user-defined signal 
schema references. The use of either is supported via the signal 
references in the BPSS and the business signal schema.
