Attached are the latest versions of the Requirements and Details documents
based on today's conference calls.

The people on the call agreed that the requirements document can be
considered frozen and will be published on the OASIS web site once our
subteam's page is set up. All tracked changes have been accepted. The only
content change is the addition of line 425 to the deliverables. The only
other changes re the addition of the ebXML logo to the cover, updating of
the participants list, and addition of a table of contents.

The Details document contains a few minor changes, indicated by tracked
changes. In addition, the ebXML logo has been added to the cover,  the
participants list has been updated, a table of contents has been added.
The PDFs include the bookmarks pane which can be activated through the
Window menu.

The CPPA TC (and other TCs) has realized that with distribution as a DOC
file, there is no guarantee that everyone will have consistent line
numbers.  These TCs have concluded that they must distribute their
documents as PDF to ensure that the line numbering is consistent. I plan to
do the same in the negotiation subteam.  Anyone preparing draft documents
should do likewise.
