Subject: [ebxml-cppa-negot] CPA_Negotiation_CPA.zip
Here is the updated NCPA that goes with the BPSS instance that Hima posted
this morning. This file contains some new changes. Please use the NCPA in
the zip file below in place of the NCPA that was included with Hima's new
BPSS.

Marty,
Realized that I hadn't updated the CPA for final BT for
inner collaboration in the document send
earlier along with the BPSS. Treat this as the latest CPA.
One thing missing is the Simplepart definitons for final messages.
Hopefully can fill that information once we are clear on ndd schema.
