I have to be at home Wednesday.  I may or may not be able to be on the
negotiation call.  If I don't join the call by 10 after the hour, I
suggest:

Dale, please lead the call.

Someone take and post minutes including all technical and procedural
decisions.

Agenda topics:
- Obtain consensus to move the meeting time to 3 pm US Eastern starting
with the first call in January.
- Terminology change from "BPSS instance document" to "business process
specification." Monica can explain the rationale. I suggest that this
subteam not make a decision; the full CPPA team should discuss and decide
first since the CPPA specification is also affected.
- Various comments and responses in the past week or so.
- If time permits, start a discussion of all bold-italic-caps comments in
the spec, in order from beginning to end.  All of these require decisions
that  reflect a consensus. A decision could either be a technical consensus
or an agreement to defer to post-version 1.

I will be the host for the December meetings.  I will book the calls and
then post the call-in information.  Dates are December 4, 11, and 18. Time
is 2 pm US Eastern time.
