It appears that the holidays are already upon us.  Attendance at today's
conference call was just Dale and Marty, so we declared it a non-meeting.

We will resume our activities with our January 8, 2003 call at 3 pm US
Eastern time. Dale will soon post the call information.

Everyone please review the draft specification between now and Jan. 8 so
that we can have a vigorous discussion in January.

I wish you all the best for Christmas and the new year.
