[ebxml-cppa] CPPA issues database and reports

The attached zip file contains the current issues database, including several new reports within the database:

1. CPPA Issues by Submitter (to easily review issues that you raised)

2. Version 1_1 Issues (all issues targeted for version 1.1)

3. Version 1_1 Issues not Resolved (those not yet closed out in the database)

4. Version NULL Issues (those not yet assigned a target version)

(The first report is sorted by submitter then issue ID. The other reports are sorted by category then submitter. Note that issues from the "Possible New Work" document have a null submitter. Also recall that some issues appear in more than one category, in which case they will appear more than once in a report.)

The zip file also includes RTF versions of the aforementioned reports. I've made another attempt to work around the truncation and overwrite bug(s) in MS Access by manually breaking lines for the descriptions and other fields. From a quick visual scan, the RTF reports look fairly good, although manifestations of the bugs remain. For those with MS Access, the reports within the database are fine.

During the next teleconference, Dale would like us to "triage" the issues in the fourth report.

I'll try to review the version 1.1 issues and where possible mark more of them as resolved, which will reduce the number of issues in the third report. If you've submitted changes for version 1.01 or 1.02, or will do so for version 1.03, please help by identifying issues affected by your changes and the impact of the change, e.g., resolved or partially resolved. Other issues may no longer be relevant, so if you identify any of those, that input will be appreciated too.
