In my recent comment set, I revised lines 609-617 to eliminate some
inappropriate implementation language.  I neglected to make a corresponding
change in the introductory paragraph.  Please make the following additional
change.

597-598:  Please delete the sentence that begins on line 597 and runs to
the end of 598, i.e. delete "The remainder...run-time processing."
