[ebxml-cppa] Use case for CollaborationRole/@id ??

Hi,

I have polled most of the current authors and we are
hard pressed to recall a use case for the id
attribute on CollaborationRole.

We believe it might be a vestigial placeholder
for some functionality that has not shown up
on our current issue list.

If someone has a use case for this ID value,
please post it. Otherwise, we will let the
simplicity principle be operative and drop
it from the schema. 

(It also has an 
implementation overhead
in that it is yet one more ID to check for
possible collisions when merging CPPs to
form a CPA.)
