[ebxml-cppa] CPPA version 1.09

CPPA version 1.09 is attached. (Arvola previously distributed the latest XSD, example CPA, and example CPPs.)

Arvola's previously announced changes for this version are included.

Changes from Dale are (1) revised appendix on CPA Composition, and (2) revised End element section to address CPA expiration and Certificate expiration.

My own changes include:

Recovered my edits for 1.07 that were lost in 1.08.
Added Jean's contact info.
Removed note on registry-generated CPP identifiers.
Removed comments that raise issues and made corresponding entries in the issues DB (except for the Composition appendix, which Dale is actively editing).
Addressed issues raised in Kevin Liu's Feb. 21 posting.
Removed "Security at the document-exchange level applies to all Messages in both directions for Business Transactions for which security is enabled." from discussion of SenderNonRepudiation and SenderDigitalEnvelope elements (Peter Ogden had commented "Does this still apply now that security can be specified in both directions?").
Several other editorial changes.

Please note: Peter Ogden has the initial "write lock" for quick changes to version 1.10. Arvola has also proposed version 1.10 changes (related to wildcards, at least).

Known apparent MS Word bug: Appendices E and F are listed in the TOC but not identified there as being appendices. Will review in next version.
