First, please communicate with the ebXML and OASIS teams through their list servers, which you can find information about on the TC pages of the OASIS web site. For CPPA, subscribe to and send you queries to eithe of the two listservers mentioned in the CC list above, or to the ebxml-dev list.

In general, values of attributes such as roles, party identifiers, etc. are not predefined. Any meaningful character string can be used.

In general, if any elements or attributes are limited to specific values, these limitations are in the CPPA specification and, in most cases, predefined in the CPPA schema. If you do not have the CPPA specification, you can get it from the CPPA team page on the OASIS web site.

Do any documents exist, which contain detailed information about any
possible values of elements and their attributes that they can adopt?
For example the ThisPartyActionBinding element with the id attribute:
In one
CPP it's value differs from "companyA_ABID1" to "companyA_ABID8". Are
there
any other predefined possibilities?
