[ebxml-msg] FW: V1.1 vs. V2.0

There seems to be quite a bit of sentiment for calling this v2.0.  I haven't
seen any dissention at all so I will proceed.

On Brian's question, I don't know.  I guess we won't have a "fixes and
clarifications" version.  Brian would then be in charge of v3.0 instead of v2.0?

I am fine with calling it 2.0.  I wasn't on the call. What are we going to do
about a 1.X with only error fixes, clarification, etc?
