Lisa,

Version 2.0 of the specification was just approved by the
OASIS ebXML Messaging TC.

If you scour the ebxml-msg@lists.oasis-open.org you'll find
that a number of vendors have recently disclosed support
in their respective products for implementations of the
v2.0 specification.
