Subject: Groups - P-Mode model (PMode-model-8.doc) uploaded

V0.8 implements several changes in response to TC comments:
- adds Ack semantics in pMode.reliability
- adds an authorization boolean in PMode.security, that governs the use of
UsernameToken.
- added initiator/responder parameters at MEP level, i.e. as general
parameters of the PMode, and removed party info from UserInfo (since these
will be common to all messages in the MEP), associated them instead with
these general MEP roles. UserInfo is renamed BusinessInfo, and only
contains parameters relevant to User messages.
- added "source" and "destination" for each message, that relate to
initiator/responder roles. Consolidated these aprams with previous
"correlation" parameters, all under a new PMode.Exchange category.
