as a member of the LegalXML TCs... i would welcome an expansion on your legal language bullets.... i appreciate your point about common legal text... but in my recent study of the Justice Data Dictionary work.. which uses Dublin Core as standard baseline... as well as my participation on the Legal XML Court filing TC... i think there needs to be clarity and boundaries drawn or at least an understanding established that eGov language points to legalxml schemas.... 

just don't want to be fuzzy as to egov TC work in the legal space... diane
