Subject: RE: [egov] Re: Need advice regarding XML performance issues
Mr. Hughes, your topic of research is very broad given the various XML enabled tests and pilots that are on-going in both private and public sectors as entities decide how to mark-up their data and modify the the process and business rules that apply across their individual domains. an example of one test is being executed by Justice community entities within the US (federal, state, and local). Suggest you directly contact John Ruegg in LA, CALIF who is a member of the OASIS LegalXML Court Filing Technical Committee to found out about performance issues regarding outcome of XML enabled implementations. During 2003 I think his office along with partners have performed data exchanges using the Global Justice XML Data Model originating from the U.S. Justice Community. please consider sharing your findings with the e-gov TC as your study concludes. good luck! diane lewis U.S. Department of Justice Wash DC -----Original Message----- From: John.Borras@e-Envoy.gsi.gov.uk [mailto:John.Borras@e-Envoy.gsi.gov.uk] Sent: Monday, January 05, 2004 4:04 AM To: egov@lists.oasis-open.org Cc: mwhughes@sandproof.org Subject: [egov] Re: Need advice regarding XML performance issues Importance: Low TC Members Can anyone provide any pointers or advice to Michael please?
