Hi Arshad,

  I'm afraid that we still don't have enough material for the specification - there is nothing here about what the purpose of the schema is, how it should be used, or conformance. I'm afraid I haven't been very helpful to you. My apologies. What we need is a decent abstract (defining what SKSML is, what it's used for and why you need it), an overview, and finally a conformance section. I've made corrections/changes and attached the document so you can see what I'm talking about it - here's what I did:

1. fixed the cover page metadata including titles, stages, URIs and hypertext links
2. Added "SKSML" to the OASIS trademarked names list
3. Highlighted the Abstract section where more information should be provided
4. Added the Background section from the non-normative document as Section 2
5. Renamed Section 3 as "Schema Definitions" (feel free to rename)
6. Added Section 4 "Conformance" where you'll need to add conformance clauses
(see http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCHandbook/ConformanceGuidelines.html for help with conformance clauses)

You could also add in the rest of the non-normative document (examples) if you think it will be useful for those reviewing the specification.
