Hi Anil, It doesn't look like any comments were received. The TC can go ahead and request a Committee Specification approval ballot; once that's minuted you can fill out the request form here: http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/TCAdminRequests.html. You'll need a comment resolution log noting any/all comments received during any of the reviews and their disposition. Once you have everything and submit the request, I can run the ballot.
