Hi Anil,

I believe we will be able to make this change, to use the newer working draft to produce the CSD.  Thanks a lot for adding this information as a comment to the JIRA ticket [1].  We will confirm and note the change in another comment to the ticket, as we begin working on the ticket. 

This is probably the best way to make sure that the current backlog of document work in TC Admin does not slow down the EKMI TC's work.  I'm copying Chet Ensign to make sure he is aware of the document substitution, and also the TC mailing list, to ensure we maintain a complete "paper trail" concerning this updated version.
