There is a growing campaign for some e-voting pilots to be run in next year's (2009) European Parliamentary Elections.  Pressure is being put on certain MEPs and officials, and in addition a new Blog has been started at

I would suggest we should all join this campaign and press for EML to be used in any pilots that are run.  Adding Comments to this Blog will be a good start.
