Well, I've seen the example EML they produced, but can you point me to
the production feed?  I'm skeptical that this was easy to do, and I'm
not sure what the gap is between our difficulties working with EMS'
database reporting and what counties are giving to the SoS (and
exactly how the data from counties is fed into SQL, etc.). best, Joe
