        This is the 3rd working draft. Sections are still incomplete and there are several TODO tasks.

We can discuss this doc at the next EMA Collateral & Doc SC. 

Looking for feedback:
   
  * Is the general approach of this doc valid? 

  * Please look at the examples of real-world feed implementations, particularly the suggestions for improvement. Any issues/changes/additions?

  * Also looking for any pointers to best practices information for EDXL-DE feeds.
