Subject: Re: Can I close the Adoption Outreach Subcommittees?
Hi Chet,
I regret this slipped my mind in the crush to try and salvage my
main Windows 10 Pro computer and its files/software to continue
working on the EDXL Toolkit/Framework and continue on with that
until I can get a new Windows 10 Pro system. I see no great reason
to keep the Adoption Outreach SCs, (particularly the EM TC
Adoption SC) except that we're still having difficulty growing it
as we would prefer and we do use Collateral & Documents to
support the Toolkit/Framework and our participation in conferences
like IAEM's annual conference.
I'm copying Elysa and the Adoption TC so that we can address
this in tomorrow's EM TC meeting.
Thanks for the timely reminder,
Rex
Hi Rex - Have you had a chance to review this with your TC members?Â
Thanks,Â

Hi Rex,
As part of OASIS prep for system upgrades this year, I'm reviewing subcommittees that appear to be long inactive with an eye to closing those where the TCs agree they are no longer needed.
The EM Adoption Outreach & Education SC appears to have been inactive since 2011. I don't see any email traffic or documents loaded since then, also no meetings or chair on the roster.
When I say 'signs of activity' I mean emails to the list, documents loaded to the repository, ballots held, state of the roster (including chair/no chair).Â
Could you confer with the TC members and let me know whether you agree that I can close this group? If you want to keep it open, no problem, just let me know. As with all OASIS groups, the record and assets will remain available after it is closed.
Thanks for your help with this,ÂÂ
