Good start Julia.  I am sure we have a number of articles that we should 
also reference that mention CAP.  The GCN article from this spring, the 
recent Government Tech suplement, etc.  Everyone that has articles that 
have been published about CAP could send these to Julia.  You might also 
check with Carol Geyer about anything that has come her way.  I think there 
was an OGC article as well - Carl?  Thanks, Elysa
