Joining Emergency Interop Member Section

If you are having problems joining the new EI Member Section, please see
note in top yellow box on left, first you need to:

'OASIS members who wish to affiliate their membership with this Member
Section or wish to join the mailing list should send their request to
member-services@oasis-open.org.'
