EM-TC Members,

I have been invited by Elysa Jones to participate in the EM-TC meeting
scheduled Mar 1, 2011 and in preparation for meting, I have posted a
document in the EM-TC members section under "Contributions".  The document
constitutes Australia's "initial" request for assistance to develop the CAP
Australian Profile (CAP-AP).  I look forward to working with you all over
the next 12 months and toward leveraging upon OASIS knowledge to
successfully deliver the CAP-AP standard to the emergency management
community in Australia.
