These comments are now beginning at 970

970 :  This statement does not adequately address the concern, and now goes further to define in what markets a product can be transacted.  No additional changes regarding the difference in the two products (e.g. but not identical).    

I'd like to propose removing the statement, as it is unclear what is being conveyed.  Is it discussing the similarity of the information exchange or a statement about products in a market?

line 975 is not changed from line 667 which was the original.
