Information expressing price and product definition to residential, commercial, and industrial is in the requirements. 

This open ended statement "lack of SEP2 semantic reuse", common to many of these sub-comments, is neither desirable nor possible. To interoperate across the smart grid, you need to do more than create a union of all semantic models - you need more an intersection. The model has evolved through three public reviews, and specific actionable comments on delivering price information to facilities have been addressed.

It is a feature of service oriented architectures and integration architectures that the key information is needed, not all details of one particular representation. When that representation is in flux and nonetheless well aligned on price INFORMATION , not REPRESENTATION, this demonstrates the broad applicability.

There are also no specifics on "SEP2 semantic reuse"; this refers to a particular representation and as such is out of scope.
