Table E-1 (line 1464) addresses 016.3.4 in the NAESB PAP03 requirements. Other work (presently contributed to Energy Interoperation) addresses definition of terms (from 016-A).
Other use cases and requirements are addressed by the structure of EMIX and the information that can be conveyed. All of the listed use cases are addressed by EMIX; they could be considered for the Note, not for the Specification.
Many of the scenarios are addressed directly by Energy Interoperation; the information requirements are addressed in EMIX.
Product identification is work in progress addressing IRC comments (see collector EMIX-514)
Recommend assign to Note component for consideration; other aspects are addressed in the specification.
