1	Issue	Throughout document and schema	Throughout document and schema	Product definitions in EMIX to not correlate to IRC, CIM, or NAESB product definitions.  	Products are products, not defined by time, characteristics etc.  EMIX defines products with the use of attributes, never defining what a product is.

2	Issue	Throughout document and schema	Throughout document and schema	Reserves as Options	The IRC does not see the benefit of re-phrasing widely understood concepts for reserves.  See the NAESB, CIM and IRC submitted work where reserves are products not options.  

3	Issue	Temix Profile		Profiles should be in anappendix or preferably as a secondary document. The sole inclusion of Temix expresses a committee acceptance as this is the preferred method	Remove Temix from the document into a separate appendix.
