Comments on Section 5
---------------------

                 Key: ENERGYINTEROP-579
                 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ENERGYINTEROP-579
             Project: OASIS Energy Interoperation TC
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: schema, spec
    Affects Versions: wd29
         Environment: bbartell
            Reporter: Bruce Bartell
            Assignee: William Cox
            Priority: Minor

Editorial
lines 657 & 662 - [WS-Calendar] itself extends the well-known semantics [RFC5545]. Sentence is repeated.
line 666 - "EMIX does not redefine these terms", maybe EI or "EI and EMIX"?

Comments:
5.3.3 Response Smoothing.
977- How is tolerence used? I see it in the text and schemas, but what is it telling me? Is it the the range of acceptable random start?

980- eiSmoothing is derived from EMIX base, but I do not see where/how this would be called out in an Event message.
Smooting has 3 enumerations without definitions. How are they used? I am surmising that these indicate the type of pseudorandom number generation algorithm to use. If this is the case, there are probably a lot more than 3 (in both uniform and non-uniform). In the case of poisson it may need the value of lambda as a parameter. Maybe just a string for a name and a way to pass parameters and leave the rest to the implemenetors.
