Thanks for the update. 

My understanding is that the TC does not at present plan to engage in testing (beyond the conformance clauses in the standard), but this is useful information for the groups with which we're working.

I'll get in touch with you off list on your platform model.

We plan to start the required electronic ballot on this draft, pending any comments in the next day or so. This is based on and largely similar to the one discussed and posted in July. No meeting is needed.
