Transaction is overloaded - database, data (message) type, might be cleaner. Consider Toby Considine discussion.
Transaction is a message; contrast to contract? Explication shouldn't merge, use contract in the definition of "Transaction".
Use Tender/Transaction everywhere.
Cardinality as in CTS - avoid confusion of (say) 3 buyers and 2 sellers.
