Agreed. The sign experiment DTD isn't done yet. We are noodling on that one. It may be a set of DTDs using namespaces for recombinators (ick... messy word that). This one comes down to the architecture of the semiote and how it handles multiple kinds of data when selecting a function. The Primary schema draft should be available.
