Unless we have a strong agenda I see no need for this call on the 24th. We as of yet do not seem to have a lot of business to discuss and the extra time can give people a chance to prepare submissions. Also, when we agreed on the TC schedule many of us blocked our calendars accordingly. Moving the TC call to an "off week" is problematic for those of us that have other meetings at that time. Given we failed to make quorum on an "on week" I doubt we will be quorate on an "off week".

Hi,
our scheduled meeting is May 31st which is a US holiday. Since it is
a holiday, our next meeting will be June 14th, basically 4 weeks from
the May 17th meeting.

For this reason, I have proposed holding the next meeting on May 24th.
I set up an oasis poll for this purpose. Most of you must have got the
poll for you to vote (yes,no,abstain, other).

I strongly feel that it is better to hold the next meeting on May 24th.
