Subject: RE: [id-cloud] OASIS pmrm: Privacy Management Reference Model

Thank you Tony for your kind response - Anil for clarifying as well.

I am attaching the just-released NIST Cloud Standards Roadmap document.
Please note page 41 that outlines the various standards and how they are
mapping to the NIST Cloud architecture..... in the event they are of
relevance/interest to this group.

Cheers,
Michele

Hi All,
I was *suggesting* to members on the call to also look at other TCs
such as Oasis PMRM and KMIP that deal with Privacy and Key Management,
two areas that are important to the Cloud paradigm. By no means, I was
linking IDCloud to other TCs.

IDCloud TC charter has liaison with other TCs inbuilt as long as we are
within scope. As Tony said, privacy out of scope. :)

Regards,
Anil

however, that identity and privacy and federation are going to overlap
significantly at some point in these standards definition processes..... so
we may end up seeing some cross-pollination of these efforts down the
road.....
